Education first. Enrollment second.
Frank Fluharty believes people make better Medicare decisions when they understand their choices—not when they are rushed into a plan.
Why I started Anchor Point Benefit Group
I believe Medicare decisions should never feel rushed, confusing, or pressured.
Too many people are told which plan they should choose before anyone takes the time to explain why. That is not how I want to do business.
My philosophy is simple: education comes first, and enrollment comes second.
I would rather spend the time helping someone understand Medicare than spend five minutes pushing them toward a decision they do not fully understand.
You should understand the decision before you make it.
My job is to explain the advantages, limitations, and tradeoffs in plain language so you can decide what fits your life—not what benefits someone else.
I will explain when your current plan may still be the right fit. My goal is not to move people from one plan to another. My goal is to help people make the right decision for their situation.
“I listen first, explain clearly, and help you decide with confidence.”
A conversation built around your needs
Every Medicare decision begins with your doctors, prescriptions, budget, work coverage, family needs, and priorities.
I listen before I recommend
Your situation comes first. I want to understand what matters to you before discussing plan options.
I explain in plain English
I break down Medicare rules, costs, networks, and tradeoffs so they are easier to understand.
I compare, not pressure
I show the strengths and limitations of your choices instead of telling you what you “have to” do.
I will explain when your current plan may still be the right fit
A review does not have to end with a change. Sometimes the right answer is to stay where you are.
I stay available after enrollment
Questions often come up after coverage begins. I want clients to know they can still call.
I serve the Central Valley locally
Anchor Point Benefit Group serves Fresno and nearby communities by phone, virtually, and in person.
No pressure. No charge. Just clear and honest guidance.
Whether you are turning 65, still working, helping a parent, or reviewing current coverage, the first step is understanding your options.
