Privacy Policy

What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

This policy explains how Anchor Point Benefit Group (Frank Fluharty, licensed insurance agent, CA License #4410164, Fresno, California) handles information collected through this website. Anchor Point Benefit Group is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site — to request a guide, request a Retirement Snapshot, sign up for updates, leave a review, reserve a seat at an event, or book an appointment — we collect what you type in. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Your city
  • The subject of your request, and anything you write in a message, review, or set of quiz answers
  • Your permission for us to contact you

You do not have to fill out any form to read this website. If you would rather not submit anything online, you can simply call 559-862-5615.

Please do not send detailed medical information through this website. If we need to discuss your health conditions or prescriptions, we will do that by phone or in person.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on a shortened version of your internet address. We have Google Analytics configured to shorten IP addresses so that we do not receive your full internet address.

We also record when certain buttons and forms on the site are used — for example, that a guide was requested — so we can tell which parts of the site are useful.

We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the information you submit on a form.

If you arrive from an online advertisement, the link you clicked may add tracking information to the web address so the advertising platform can count the visit.

We advertise on Facebook, and we use a Facebook measurement tool to tell which of our ads lead to someone contacting us. We have set this tool up deliberately narrowly:

  • It does not run when you are simply reading pages on this site. It runs only at the moment a form is successfully submitted.
  • It does not run at all on our pages about specific health programs, including our PACE page.
  • It reports only that a form was submitted. It is configured so that your name, phone number, email address, and anything you typed in the form are not sent to Facebook.

Facebook does receive its own cookie identifier, your device and browser details, and the address of the page the form was on. Facebook may use that information under its own data policy. If you would rather not be measured this way, you can block cookies in your browser, or use your Facebook ad preferences to limit how your activity off Facebook is used.

Cookies and Do Not Track

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them for website analytics as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on every site you visit.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites must respond to that signal, and this website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. We tell you this so you know where you stand.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Answer your question and return your call, text, or email
  • Schedule and prepare for appointments and educational events
  • Send you the guide, newsletter, or materials you asked for
  • Help you compare coverage and, if you choose to enroll, submit your application
  • Keep the business and compliance records we are required to keep as a licensed agency
  • Improve this website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share information with

We share information only in these situations:

  • Companies that run parts of this website for us. Our customer records and appointment booking are handled by our customer relationship management provider; website hosting is provided by Cloudflare; website statistics are provided by Google Analytics; and Facebook measures which of our ads result in someone contacting us, as described above. These companies may only use the information to provide their service to us, except that Facebook also uses the limited information it receives under its own data policy.
  • Insurance companies, at your direction. If you decide to apply for coverage, we submit the information needed for that application to the insurance company you have chosen.
  • When the law requires it, including in response to a valid legal request, or to a regulator such as the California Department of Insurance or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in connection with an audit, complaint, or investigation.

Calls, texts, and recordings

Calls to and from Anchor Point Benefit Group may be recorded and retained for quality assurance and compliance purposes. If you give us permission to contact you by text message, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us. Giving permission to be contacted is never a condition of enrolling in any plan.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you submit for as long as we are working with you, and afterward for as long as insurance and Medicare marketing rules require us to retain those records. After that, we dispose of it.

Your choices and your rights

You may, at any time:

  • Ask us what information we have about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information, unless a law or regulation requires us to keep it
  • Ask us to stop contacting you, or to stop sending email or text messages

To make any of these requests, email frankfluharty1@gmail.com or call 559-862-5615. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Keeping information secure

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
